The hotel staff, the breakfast they were all great. The road to the hotel was AA bit bumping, could be repaved. It was a little bit of a struggle. And no fault of the hotel, but there was really loud people when we stayed. But I'm not judging the hotel for that. Great customer service as well.
The location was in a quiet and safe area. Check-in/check out was seamless.The room smelled really clean and appeared spotless. Other reviews have said this hotel is outdated and dingy but I don’t agree. It was nicely updated and the location is also really close to pine knob (if you are there for a concert like we were). I was hesitant to book this place based on other reviews but I’m glad I did. Great choice!
We stayed here for a week and it was a week well spent! It’s in the heart of restaurants and places to shop. Room and bathroom were big enough to relax in for two people, was clean and efficient. The AC kept our room cold, our fridge was the perfect size and the microwave was great for nights in. If you can’t go far, bring your own coffee and milk (sugar downstairs) as they only serve it at breakfast.
Nice hotel, friendly staff, and decent breakfast service. Check out is later than most hotels at 12 which I can definitely appreciate! Only complaint is I wish the bathrooms had a mirror inside them, so you can freshen up in private if you like! However the room was nice and clean. I enjoyed my stay
We were returning a dog to Leader Dog for the Blind as it's year of initial training was complete. Quite room. Good location for access to some restaurants. Will stay here next time we're in the area.
Some rooms better than others. I’ve only stayed on two occasions, the first one the room was huge and the second time it was a lot smaller. The rooms next to the elevators seem to be smaller. However the rooms are nice in that they have a sofa and office space apart from the bedroom area. The hotel is somewhat basic but it does have the usual amenities. Overall, no complaints. Hope this reviews is helpful to others.
Not the biggest deal but this is the second time they have jerked us around: when you book something online (king bed suite) and we get there and they said it’s not available! I don’t buy a burger and get a chicken.?? This is the second hotel in the area that the room was NOT what we booked and paid for online. Bless the front desk lady’s heart but when I showed concern and was upset she didn’t offer anything and sorry but we shouldn’t have to pay for a screw up on their end. Other than that, Great rooms great amenities great views great breakfast
First time here and I enjoyed it. We got checked in quickly, and front desk was very friendly despite the whole living area was so packed with so many other people and it being loud. Our room was very spacious and clean. However, breakfast food was all served cold, good options and flavor. There’s also no microwaves in the rooms so heating it wasn’t a solution, which I normally wouldnt complain about either if the food were cold.
